By creating an account, accessing, or using QuizMaker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizMaker. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.4 One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of quizzes and content you create. By posting content, you grant QuizMaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

3.2 Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Containing malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Promoting discrimination or hate speech

3.3 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

4.1 Eligibility: Creator status is granted at our discretion. We may approve, reject, or revoke creator privileges at any time.

4.2 Paid Content: Creators may offer paid quizzes. Pricing must be fair and content must match the description provided.

4.3 Earnings: Creator earnings are subject to our revenue sharing terms. Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule and minimum thresholds.

4.4 Quality Standards: Creators must maintain high-quality content. Repeated low-quality submissions may result in removal from the program.

4.5 No Guarantee of Earnings: We do not guarantee any income, sales, or earnings to creators. Earnings depend on factors including user demand, content quality, pricing, and platform changes.

5.1 Pricing (INR): All prices on QuizMaker are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For internal accounting, amounts may be stored in paise.

5.2 Payment Processing (Razorpay): Payments are processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our servers.

5.3 Subscriptions: We may offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Subscription benefits, when offered, are described separately from one-time paid content purchases. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Digital Content Access: Some content includes a free summary/preview. Full access (review/full content) requires a valid entitlement created through a qualifying purchase or admin-issued unlock. Access is granted only after server-side verification.

5.6 Disputes: Any payment disputes should be raised promptly. Misuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions.

5.7 Content Issue Reports: Quiz content may occasionally contain errors or ambiguities. You can report issues from the quiz screen. Reports help us improve content, but do not guarantee refunds, score changes, or compensation except where required by law.

5.8 Purchase Validity: By default every mock bundle purchased or mock test or anything purchased will be active for 1 year from purchase time.

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Engage in cheating or manipulating quiz results
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission

7.1 Platform IP: QuizMaker, its logo, design, and all platform features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7.2 User IP: You retain rights to your original content. However, you are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

7.3 Copyright Infringement Notice / Intellectual Property Complaint: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on QuizMaker infringes your copyright, please contact us with (a) the URL or enough information to locate the content, (b) details of the copyrighted work, (c) proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner, and (d) your contact information. We may remove or restrict access to content at our discretion.

8.1 Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Content Accuracy: We aim to maintain accurate platform content, but we do not guarantee that any quiz, answer key, explanation, image, or user-generated content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free. Users are responsible for using their own judgment and verifying important information where accuracy matters.

8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8.4 Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party websites linked from our platform.

8.5 Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform (including features, content, pricing, or availability) at any time without liability.

8.6 Data Loss Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any loss of user data, quizzes, content, attempts, results, or analytics. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important content.

8.7 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold QuizMaker harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

8.8 Force Majeure: QuizMaker shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, labor disputes, third-party service outages, or power outages.

8.9 Educational Use Only: Quizzes and mock tests are provided for educational and practice purposes only. QuizMaker does not guarantee exam outcomes, academic performance, or results.

9.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Some provisions of these terms survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
