Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Opt-Out or Cancellation

Refund Policy

QuizMaker offers digital content and subscriptions. Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, or once paid access to digital content is granted, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

Final Payments

All payments are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted. Payments are processed via Razorpay in INR. We do not provide partial, prorated, or goodwill refunds except where required by applicable law. Quiz content may occasionally contain errors or ambiguities. You can report issues from the quiz screen. Reports help us improve content, but do not guarantee refunds, score changes, or compensation except where required by law.

Service Shutdown

In the event of an unexpected or abrupt shutdown of services, we shall not be obligated to provide refunds for any fees, subscriptions, or payments made by users. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Premium subscription fees
  • Course payments
  • Any other paid offerings

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access remains available until the end of the paid period. Mid-term cancellations do not result in refunds.

Purchase Validity

By default, every mock bundle, mock test, or any purchased content will remain active and accessible for 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes all paid quizzes, test series, and content packs. After the 1-year validity period expires, access to the purchased content will automatically terminate. We do not offer refunds or extensions based on the expiration of this validity period unless required by applicable law.

2. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • Service interruptions
  • Abrupt shutdown or discontinuation of services

This applies to all users, including those with active paid subscriptions.

3. Subscription Opt-Out Notification

If a user voluntarily opts out of using the service after purchase, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

The responsibility of subscription management rests with the user.

4. Multiple IP / Account Misuse

Account Activity

Accounts exhibiting excessive or suspicious login activity, including access from an unusually high number of different IP addresses, may be:

  • Flagged
  • Restricted
  • Suspended without refund

Protection Measure

This measure protects the platform from shared account misuse and unauthorized access.

5. Blacklisted Accounts – Strict Actions

Users found violating Terms & Conditions may be blacklisted. Consequences include:

  • Permanent suspension of the account
  • Loss of access to all associated services
  • Ineligibility for future enrollments or platform usage

These actions are taken to maintain service integrity and user safety.

6. Legal Action for Severe Violations

We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals or accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Abuse or exploitation of the platform
  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of content
  • Any actions causing harm to the service, platform, or other users

Such actions may involve reporting incidents to relevant authorities as permitted under applicable laws.
